Loan of museum objects
Loaning museum objects for temporary exhibitions requires the approval of the Director of the National Museum in Poznań. Written applications containing a full list of objects must be submitted six months in advance from the date of the planned exhibition opening. In the event of a later submission, one should expect the risk of refusal to loan.
Loaning of museum objects (loan for a fee)
Loaning objects belonging to the Raczyński Foundation at the National Museum in Poznań for temporary exhibitions is subject to a loan fee. The standard loan fee is 1% of the insurance value of the loaned object, however not less than 500 euros.
In the case of objects belonging to the Raczyński Foundation at the National Museum in Poznań, applications for the loan of objects must also be submitted with a minimum six month notice. Exceeding the deadline carries the risk of refusal of the loan.
