Stories illustrated with presentations of mementos connected to the visits of eminent figures from the world of culture, politics, and clergy (including I.J. Paderewski, H. Sienkiewicz, W. Kossak, and M. Gorecka – daughter of Mickiewicz).
Workshop Lessons:
Mickiewicz’s Family and Friends
Reflections on the poet’s family home illustrated with souvenirs found in the museum. Children will discover many unknown facts about the poet’s life while playing a game of hide and seek.
Museum Explorers
Kids explore mysterious areas, locate concealed items, memorize their peculiar names, and attempt to comprehend their purpose when playing museum investigators at the Museum with the help of its staff.
We paint the poems of Mickiewicz
Children are trying their hand as actors and illustrators, presenting mini-scenes from Mickiewicz’s fairy tales or creating drawings for various poems of the poet that will make up a book of fairy tales.
Mickiewicz Walks
The children equipped with helpful information and clues set off to the park, where they follow in the footsteps of Mickiewicz to solve riddles and puzzles.
Magic of Ancient Holidays
Pre-Christmas workshops evoking Christmas from the olden days. Children learn what Christmas looked like for Adam Mickiewicz, and how it was prepared for in the Smielowski household.
The Colors of Easter. Known and Forgotten Holiday Traditions in Wielkopolska Manor Houses
Through games and play, children discover old Easter customs and dishes and their rich symbolism. In the workshop section, students make traditional decorations with colorful crepe paper and paper.

Museum lessons are held during the week, from Tuesday to Friday during the Museum’s opening hours for the public.
Costs
group fee (10-25 people):
– lesson without workshop – PLN 85
– lesson with a workshop – PLN 100
+ admission tickets: PLN 1 per student (children and youth aged 7-26), children under 6 get free tickets
Two group caregivers are entitled to free admission, the other people need to buy a ticket (8 PLN concession, 12 PLN regular).
Reservations
Reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
The museum reserves the right to refuse bookings in case of lack of availability.
